Leisure and relaxation center “Villa Quisisana” in Spa

Spa is one of Belgium’s most popular tourist destinations and world famous for its natural mineral springs and the “Spa” mineral water. In 2021, the town became part of the transnational UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name “Great Spa Towns of Europe“, inscribed for its mineral springs and its architectural testimony to the rise of European bathing culture in the 18th and 19th centuries.

Location

Our villa is situated in the park “Les Cascatelles”, at walking distance from the city center and yet surrounded by greenery. Through this beautiful old house, the romance and the history of Spa show up well.

Accommodation

After a complete renovation, we cordially and proudly invite you to discover the villa. There are 5 spacious apartments on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor, reachable by elevator. The flats are tasteful decorated and well equipped. There is a restaurant on the ground floor.

All apartments have access by elevator or staircase; kitchen with induction cooking plates, microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, bathroom with bath, shower, hair dryer; living room with digital flat screen and DVD player, cable TV, radio/CD player, atmospheric lighting

Apartment 1: Type 8T (81m²/871 ft²) – max. 8 persons

Living room with 2 double sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2^nd floor)

Apartment 2: Type 6T (60m²/645 ft²) – max. 6 persons

Living room (with terrace) with double bed sofa, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2^nd floor).

Apartment 3: Type 4D (73m²/785 ft²) – max. 4 persons

Duplex apartment with living room living room and kitchen on the 2^nd floor, sanitary facilities, bathroom and bedroom on the 3^rd floor, connected by a private staircase.

Living room with double bed sofa, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Apartment 4: Type 6B (63m²/677 ft²) – max. 6 persons

Living room with double bed sofa but with separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen, toilet, 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 small bathroom with a shower. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (3^rd floor).

Apartment 5: Type 6A (60m²/645 ft²) – max. 6 persons

Living room with double bed sofa, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (3^rd floor).

Defense’s Leisure and relaxation center “Les Cascatelles” in Spa

Location

The leisure center “Les Cascatelles” (meaning “small waterfalls”) is situated in a peaceful park, just a few minutes from the city center of Spa, where you can discover the numerous treats that have made the city international renowned: the mineral springs, the thermal facilities which can be reached using the funicular railway, the many museums, the Spa-Monopole factory and the irresistible feel market on Sunday…

All houses are equipped with a TV with cable connection and microwave oven on request

On the following dates in 2024 (Saturday night) diners are planned:

06/04, 20/04, 11/05, 25/05, 08/06, 22/06/2024 (max. 40 participants per night)

Reservations for a dinner on Saturday night can be made until 2 PM on Thursday by phone.

Reservations for lunches can be made until 10 AM on the same day by phone.

Sport and relaxation

• Barbecue set at your disposal (free of charge)
• In the immediate surroundings: waterfalls of Coo, caves of Remouchamps, the Banneux place of pilgrimage, the High Fens Nature Park, the circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
• City centre of Spa with the famous mineral springs as the spring of Peter the Great, the Casino and its gardens, historical buildings, café and shops

Information

• Arrival/check-in : possible every day between 2 p.m en 5 p.m.
• Departure/check-out : every day possible between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m

• If customers are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask to inform the center/hotel by telephone : +32 87 77 31 64

• before departure: Final cleaning of the accommodation by the guests
• Pets are not allowed.
• Thermal baths and wellness packages are possible in the city centre of Spa (but not available in the villa)

Reservations for the season 2024/2025 (30/03/24-29/03/25) are possible from 08.01.2024.
