Setting

To look down onto the world from the highest dune on the Belgian coast, to go for endless strolls in untouched nature, or to simply recharge one’s batteries. Koksijde has a lot more in store than just water and sand.

Aside from the outdoor cafés along the seaside, you will discover lovely boutiques, or immerse yourself in the Middle Ages, by visiting ruins of the Dune abbey or the Southern Abbey mill. The ‘Florishof’ and the National Fishery Museum are also well worth a visit, as well as the Delvaux museum.

The holiday centre in Koksijde is open all year round.

The bungalows (B) and brick houses (V) have a kitchen and bathroom/toilet and are furnished in a basic style.

Stone houses (villa type)

Type V4 (max. 4 people)

First floor: 1 bedroom with bunk beds or two single beds. Living room with a sofa bed. Kitchen with 4 hot plates, coffee machine, fridge, kitchenware and cutlery. Bathroom with a shower. Toilet.

Type V7 (max. 7 people)

Second floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and two single beds.

First floor: living room with sofa bed. Kitchen with 4 hot plates, coffee machine, fridge, kitchenware and cutlery. Bathroom with a shower. Toilet.

Type V10 (max. 10 people)

Second floor: 1 bedroom with four single beds and a bedroom with two single beds and bunk beds.

First floor: bedroom with two single beds. Living room with sofa bed. Kitchen with 4 hot plates, coffee machine, fridge, kitchenware and cutlery. Bathroom with a shower. Toilet.

Wooden pavilions (first floor only)

Type B4 (max. 4 people)

1 bedroom with bunk beds. Living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchenette with 4 hot plates, coffee machine, fridge, kitchenware and cutlery. Bathroom with a shower. Toilet.

Type B7 (max. 7 people)

Same as type B4, but with bunk beds and a single bed in one room, and two single beds in another room.

Type B10 (max. 10 people)

Same as type B7, but with 2 bedrooms, both with 2 bunk beds and another bedroom with two single beds.

Facilities

There is a cafeteria/brasserie in the holiday centre and shops/supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Meals are not included in the price of accommodation.

Sport and relaxation

• from 22/06/2024 until 08/09/2024 you can use the swimming pool for a reasonable fee

– In July and August : entertainment program for all ages

– While the kids are having fun on the playgrounds, their parents can keep an eye on them from the cafeteria’s lovely outdoor terrace. Fun is always a given at the evening parties.

Information

• before departure: Final cleaning of the accommodation by the guests
• Some of the houses were especially designed for people with disabilities. We are always at your disposal if you are in need of further information.
• Pets are allowed in some accommodation (dogs and cats, must be requested in advance, with surcharge).
• Blankets and bed linen (with surcharge) and baby cots can be rented on site.
• Wi-Fi and TVs are not available (guests who bring their own TV can borrow a digicorder from the centre – prior reservation necessary, 1 euro/day)

In July and August there are fixed booking periods of 2 weeks in this centre.

This means that clients are obliged to book for 2 weeks in July and August.

Fixed booking periods for 2024 : 28/06-12/07/24, 12/07-26/07/24, 26/07-09/08/24, 09/08-23/08/24

From May 2024, this rule will be lifted and the accommodation still available then can also be reserved for short stays.

Reservations for the season 2024/2025 (30/03/24-29/03/25) are possible from 08.01.2024.
